Shadow in the Cloud
My first feature film credit!!
For this project, I got the incredible opportunity to team up with my friend, Josh in creating a self directed WW2 Looney Tunes styled short, in the same vein of 'Private Snafu' cartoons. This short was designed to kick of the feature film, 'Shadow in the Cloud' with a whacky not-so-serious feel, and introduce the idea of gremlins lurking about.
With our combined knowledge of animation history, Joshua and myself were an absolute dream team! between just the two of us, we had a butt load of ideas! But unlike the amount of clients I am typically used to having (1-3) having a big team of executives running this flick, means that
A) there's a hefty amount of folks relying on us and
B) a lot of people are having a lot of thoughts - some of which are conflicting one another.
So after a good handful of changes, edits, cuts and do-overs, we eventually ended with this goofy little short!
